Digital Products and License
A purchase grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the purchased material for your own lawful purposes. Ownership is not transferred.
Without prior written permission, you may not redistribute, copy, resell, upload, reproduce, publish, sublicense, or share paid materials, account access, downloads, recordings, templates, or substantial portions of a product.

Refund Policy
Certain products, subscriptions, and services referenced, recommended, linked, or made available through the Services are sold or fulfilled by independent third-party providers, including platforms such as UWorld and Gumroad. Each third-party provider maintains its own purchase, cancellation, renewal, and refund terms. Purchases made directly from a third party are governed by the terms and refund policy presented by that provider at the time of purchase. Any refund request concerning such a purchase must be submitted to and resolved by the applicable provider; we do not control and cannot guarantee the provider’s decision.
For our digital products sold through Gumroad, refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy displayed on the applicable product page or at checkout, together with Gumroad’s then-current payment-processing and refund procedures. Gumroad processes payments on behalf of creators and may administer refund requests or take other action under its own policies. If the product-specific policy presented at checkout differs from this general statement, the product-specific policy controls to the extent permitted by law.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing the product description, access period, subscription or renewal terms, compatibility requirements, and the applicable provider’s refund policy. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEARNING WITH LANDEN, PROJECT 13:22, AND THEIR OWNERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no payment was made, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
